YOU ARE NOT ALONE
A calm place to slow down and be understood
Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves or from those around us. It is not uncommon to feel this way. Perhaps you feel stuck or find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you well?
I’m here to offer up a space to make sense of what you are carrying. I work with adults from various backgrounds facing a wide range of difficulties, offering a confidential space to slow down and understand what is really going on beneath the surface.
My practice is trauma-informed, gender and neurodiversity-affirming, culturally empowering and sensitive to your own unique emotional experience. You do not have to explain or justify who you are to be welcome here.

THE MODALITY
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy is a talking therapy that looks at how your past experiences, relationships and unspoken feelings shape the way you think, feel and act today. Often we repeat patterns without knowing why. Together, we slow down and notice them.
This way of working suits people who want to understand themselves more deeply, not only manage symptoms. Many clients come with anxiety, low mood, difficult relationships, grief, or a sense of being stuck.

My Commitment To You
Therapy can feel like a big step. My practice is built to make it a gentle one: unhurried, respectful and shaped around you. We take time to understand not only what is happening now, but where it comes from, so the change you make can last.
